D. APPLICATIONS

C.I.Pigment Violet 32 (PV 32) is a Benzimidazolone (Azo) brownish color Pigment imparting bluish red (Bordeaux) shade. This Pigment is fast to a large number of organic solvents  and used in Paints, Plastics and Printing Inks and in spin dyeing.

* Paints – PV-32 is resistant to over painting and exhibit moderate light fastness. The

 Pigment can be used in Industrial finishes.  Can be used for transparent foil coatings due to fairly good heat resistance

* Plastics – PV-32 is bleed resistant in plasticized PVC and exhibits high tinctorial strength.

* Inks – Exhibits clarity, transparency in bluish shade of  Bordeaux. Suitable for Gravure Prints.

* Can be used for staining wood.

* Can be used for coloring rubber and leather.
