D. APPLICATIONS

C.I.Pigment Red – 185  is a Benzimidazolone (Azo) red color Pigment imparting  Bluish Red shade. Recommended for offset inks, solvent based inks, water based inks, industrial paints, automotive OEM paints and refinishes, water based coatings, plastics, LLPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PO, PE, PVC, PS, rubbers, textile printing.

* Paints – PR-185 is resistant to over painting and exhibit moderate light fastness. The Pigment can be used in Industrial finishes.  Can be used for transparent foil coatings due to fairly good heat resistance

* Plastics – PR-185 is bleed resistant in plasticized PVC and exhibits high tinctorial strength.

* Inks – Exhibits clarity, transparency in Buish Red. Suitable for Offset and Gravure  Prints.

* Can be used for staining wood.

* Can be used for coloring rubber and leather.
